JUULS return policy lasts 14 days. We cannot offer a refund or exchange after 14 days since your purchase.

IMPORTANT:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

Only if we receive the item in this condition, we will refund or exchange it.

Please mail us before you'll return the item.

Add a small note mentioning your order number, address and if you wish a refund or exchange of your purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of your refund. Then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a minimum amount of days.
